Cloud Infrastructure
We use multiple industry-leading cloud providers: Microsoft Azure and MongoDB to host our data and serve website content. All of which have the highest and most comprehensive security compliance and certifications.

System Security
All sensitive data transmitted between our servers and your browser is encrypted using SSL/TLS encryption. This ensures that your data remains secure and confidential during transmission. In addition, all sensitive data is encrypted at rest.
Payments
We use Stripe to securely process payments. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of certification in the payments industry.

At Afforai, we utilize a customized LLM model from Microsoft Azure OpenA to power our platform. Your prompts (inputs) and completions (outputs), your embeddings, and your training data:
are NOT available to other customers.
are NOT available to OpenAI.
are NOT used to improve OpenAI models.
are NOT used to improve any Microsoft or 3rd party products or services.
Your fine-tuned Azure OpenAI models are available exclusively for your use.
Claude Models
For users considering alternative AI models, we also support Claude AI models by Anthropic. When using these models, Anthropic's enterprise data security protocols apply, ensuring robust protection for your data.
For guaranteed data security, we recommend using our provided Azure GPT models, which are specifically designed to meet the highest standards of data protection and privacy.
The Azure OpenAI Service is fully controlled by Microsoft; Microsoft hosts the OpenAI models in Microsoft’s Azure environment and the Service does NOT interact with any services operated by OpenAI (e.g. ChatGPT, or the OpenAI API). You can read more about it here.
