Most issues can be fixed with these 3 steps:
Step 1: Update your browser to the latest version
First, let's make sure you are using Logically on the latest version of one of the browsers we support so you can have the best experience. Logically.app is best supported on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. Please make sure you are logging into Logically from one of these browsers. And make sure you update your browser version to the latest version.
Step 2: Clear your browser cache
Please try clearing out your cache in the browser. Logically is a browser-based app, which means it’s subjected to a 2GB available memory limit that applies to each browser tab. When loading or using Logically or exceeds this memory limit, it can cause performance issues like long load times or crashes.
Step 3: Disable your ad blocker and/or pop-up blocker
If you have any ad blocker extensions, please disable that or whitelist the Logically website.
A few potential solutions for your file upload issues:
Solution 1: Compress your PDF
If you are having trouble uploading your PDF to Logically.app, please try to run the file through a compressor and upload the compressed PDF file instead:
Solution 2: IDM Error
If you are encountering uploading errors, IDM might be the culprit. Sometimes, IDM can interfere with the uploading process, leading to errors. To resolve this:
Access IDM settings and add the website domain to the "do not download" list.
Exclude *.afforai.com, afforai.com, *.logically.app, logically.app from downloading.
Save the changes and attempt to upload your files again.
Solution 3: Disable AdGuard
AdGuard, a popular ad-blocking software, can sometimes conflict with file uploads on certain platforms. To disable AdGuard temporarily:
Locate the AdGuard icon on your browser or system tray.
Disable AdGuard for the Logically.app domain or whitelist the website.
Try uploading your files again to see if the error persists.
