Content Rights
Logically will have the right to repurpose and create derivative content based on the affiliate’s original content mentioning our product. We will always credit and tag the original creator in any repurposed or derivative content.
What Not to Do
To avoid brand dilution and potential conflicts with our direct marketing efforts, we require all affiliates to adhere to this policy below:
❌ Paid Ads of any kind are not allowed
❌ Misrepresenting Logically or its tools
Violations of these guidelines constitute a breach of the affiliate agreement and will result in the suspension or termination of your affiliate status and the forfeiture of any earned but unpaid commissions.
We reserve the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or termination, without prior notice. We will, however, endeavor to provide notice where circumstances permit and it does not compromise our ability to enforce these guidelines effectively.
Guidelines for Using Marketing Assets
These guidelines are designed to ensure the proper use of our brand, preserving its integrity and identity.
1. Permitted Uses
Promotional Materials: You may use our logo on promotional materials that directly relate to our products or services, such as brochures, flyers, or presentations if they accurately represent our brand and offerings.
Informational Purposes: You may use our logo in informational materials, such as blog posts, articles, or news releases, provided the context is factual and presents our company in a positive light.
2. Prohibited Uses
Misrepresentation: You may not use our logo in any way that misrepresents our company, products, or services.
Endorsement of Competing Products/Services: You may not use our logo to endorse products or services that directly compete with ours.
Use in a Degrading or Offensive Manner: You may not use our logo in any context that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
Use in Political or Religious Contexts: Our logo may not be used in connection with any political campaigns, endorsements, or religious organizations without explicit written permission.
Merchandise: You may not use our logo on merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, mugs) without explicit written permission.
